The competition will be organised online. Students will take a test consisting of 20 questions in English on topics related to microbiology, food technology, food safety and quality, mathematics, molecular gastronomy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">One team of 3 students will take one test together. The competition test will be available on 11 December at a time of your choice (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), but there will be a time limit (60 minutes) for the submission of answers.
